Dance Is Art

America's Best Dance Crew(ABDC) is one of my favorite shows. Each week they have the groups, or crews, create a dance to a popular song but with a twist, they may have to incorporate a particular move or object into the dance. The two videos I am posting below show two crews from season 3. These crews are by far the most creative and talented ABDC has known.


Quest Crew
(this crew loves to have a theme or story in their dances, it's their little facial expressions or movements that really make them alot of fun to watch.)




Beat Freakz
(these girls are amazing. who ever said white chicks can't dance?)





ABDC comes on MTV at 9:00 PM Sundays. The show is in Season 4 and it's heating up.
